Nobody on this earth is perfect, everyone has their own flaws and imperfections they deal with, but what separates the two is that some people embrace their flaws and others turn them into insecurities. When we look at our flaws in a negative light, we tend to hide them so others don’t notice them because we are ashamed. On the other hand, when we embrace our flaws and understand them fully, we accept them for what they are and can utilize our time to work on them instead of turning them into insecurities. If your let them, your flaws will become your weakness and hiding them will become your main goal in life. Instead embrace your flaws so that you can work on them in a manner that benefits you.

Be Foreal
I think it’s safe to say that we’ve all had expectations for ourselves when we were younger, for example; when I turn “this age” I will have “achieved this”, until we get to there and realize our expectation were unrealistic. You can’t blame your younger self for thinking so far out the box, but you’re much wiser now and can set realistic expectations/goals for yourself to achieve. When we set goals and meet them something clicks in our brain, momentum starts to kick in and more realistic goals start flowing easily. Meeting your expectations is like a catalyst for your mindset to become stronger and positive about where you are in life. There’s nothing wrong with not living up to what you expected to be “right now”, but you have the ability to change your future.

Battle Field
You will always win in life if you are willing to fight the right battles, if you believe that the battle is not worth the fight save your energy for the next battle that arises. I view life as a constant battle field that we are moving through, we go through our battles with self identity, success in all realms and our fear of failure or not being “good enough”. However, sometimes we fight battles that aren’t meant for us, a lot of the burdens we take on are due to how others may perceive us. We do not have to take on others perception of ourselves because it’s not our own, what matters in life is how WE view ourselves. Personal growth comes from the person not the people around them. You will always prevail in life when you learn to save your energy to only fight the battles that are meant for you.
