Recently I’ve been practicing the concept of “Faith over Fear”. Choosing to decide to stay calm and believe that everything will work out for my own benefit instead of allowing my mind to go into a frenzy with all of the possibilities of what could go wrong. Faith and fear hold the same weight, but one requires more mind control than the other. It’s easier for us to succumb to the possibilities of failure and give up rather than for us to believe in ourselves and trust that the path that we have taken has not lead us astray. Not only does faith require you to trust your past but also to take the necessary leap of faith to continue on your path without fear or doubt, no matter what circumstances you face along the way. The more you practice faith over fear, the more the concept of fear and self doubt become obsolete. Have faith in who you are and who you’re becoming.
