Take time when it’s needed and even when it’s not needed. Your mind and body communicate with you on many levels. The difference between the two is that your body will eventually shut down on its own if it is drained, but the mind will run rampant as long as you allow it to. This is why it’s important to be in tune with your mind and your spirit, you have to know yourself enough to know when it’s time to allow yourself to breathe, reflect and reset. Often times we clog our minds with all the unnecessary things we retain over time and never allow it time to reset so that we can make room for new information. Just like our bodies get rid of waste and impurities involuntarily, we have voluntarily to do the same with our minds. Your mind is your strongest asset, treat it like you would treat your body. Your physical look is definitely the first impression, but your mind is what allows people to be intrigued by you, it keeps the attention. It is up to you to treat it right.
