Food For Thought

Our thoughts are food for our minds, the saying “you are what you eat” is a direct correlation to how we think, “what we think is what we are”. It is very important to pay attention to our thought process, a lot of the times we allow our thoughts to run rampant because we know no one else is listening, but in reality YOU are listening. Soon enough you’ll start believing and manifesting your thoughts if they keep repeating themselves whether good or bad. Instead take control of your mind and think of the things you want out of life constantly and allow them to penetrate your mind so they can manifest into your reality.

Unclaimed Baggage

Some things that we go through in life stick with us for our greater good or vice versa. We might learn some things along the way that help us grow or we might fall victim to the things that hinder us or cause trauma which in turn becomes our baggage. If we go through life carrying baggage, it will weigh us down without us knowing, but sooner or later the baggage becomes heavier than we can bear and we either have to face it head on or try our best to bury it deep within. We should actively be shredding our baggage throughout life, but that requires us to be in a state uncomfortable vulnerability. It doesn’t matter how strong you get by carrying the extra baggage around, it will always hold you down. Letting go of our extra cargo creates room for our blessings and creates space for the things that we need to be holding onto throughout life to help us grow. To get to where you want to get in life it requires a light heart, a sound mind, and a full soul, and if these things are crowded with baggage, the journey will be longer, harder and less worth it in the end.
